Ryan Dennard

Ryan has been with Criss Cross Commercial Group since 2003 and leads the company’s strategic direction and overall management. After getting his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, he practiced commercial litigation at Locke Lord LLP, working on real estate development and land use disputes, construction litigation, and lender liability matters. He also served as Galveston County Commissioner 2012-16, having an active role in several large public works projects, including transportation, regional drainage, and public facilities. He currently is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and on the board of the Ken Clark Working for You Foundation. Ryan previously served on the Board of Trustees of HCA Houston Healthcare - Clear Lake and Mainland hospitals, on the HGAC Transportation Policy Council, and the Galveston County Juvenile Justice Advisory Board. Ryan and his wife, Melissa, reside in League City with their four children.
