Peter Strauss

Peter brings substantial experience to our organization and will focus on identifying and executing real estate development and redevelopment opportunities, operational management and enhancing investor relations.
During his previous tenure with us from 2006-2020, Peter was instrumental in fostering tenant relationships, project leasing for both existing and new developments, and the sourcing and management of new projects. His proven track record and expertise contributed greatly to our success.
Following his time with Criss Cross, Peter spent the past four years at Wile Interests, where he specialized in project leasing and new development, including sourcing, acquisitions, and project management. During his time there, Peter helped develop and lease multiple retail projects, including a Starbucks-anchored strip in northeast Houston, and added to his professional network, reputation and experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Peter holds a degree in Economics from the University of Texas and a Texas real estate license. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Houston area industry organizations. Peter lives in the Lake Houston area with his wife and two children. He is actively involved in his local community, serving two terms on the Waters Edge HOA board, including his current term as President.
