Molly Desotell

Molly Desotell brings a passion for optimizing property operations and building strong tenant relationships to her role at Criss Cross Real Estate. She focuses on increasing efficiency and tenant satisfaction, working to enhance property performance and foster long-term retention. Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Molly graduated from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas MN in 2025 with a degree in Real Estate Studies. A dedicated student-athlete, she competed on the cross country and track teams, set three collegiate records during her time there, and helped lead the program’s transition into Division I athletics. Outside of work, Molly enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She is a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan and a dog lover, with hopes of adopting one of her own soon.
