Melissa Dennard

Melissa was raised in the commercial real estate business, as her father founded Criss Cross Commercial Group. She manages the operational and administrative aspects of the company and helps build tenant relationships. Before joining Criss Cross in her current role, she owned and operated a nationally branded home furnishings store in Houston, gaining valuable experience in retail sales, product sourcing and distribution, marketing, and tenant commercial real estate issues. In her free time, Melissa volunteers for Clear Creek Independent School District and Anchor Point pregnancy and parenting center. She and her husband, Ryan, reside in League City with their four children.
