Pollo Bravo
Pollo Bravo opened its first location at our Plaza at Hillcroft shopping center in 2006. Today, they operate a half dozen restaurants throughout the Houston area, featuring a Peruvian rotisserie chicken and Mexican food from owner Enrique Bravo’s hometown of Puebla. Pollo Bravo’s inspired cuisine is cited as a favorite of local Latin American chefs and inspires a devoted following from their customers.

Sweets by Belen
Belen Bailey is a former 8th grade Spanish teacher who loves to bake homemade South American pastries. At her shop, Sweets by Belen, located in the Plaza at Hillcroft shopping center, Bailey cooks up some of the best treats in Houston, garnering her favor and raves from locals. An immigrant from Peru, Bailey created Sweets by Belen in honor of her mom and grandmother, who worked tirelessly to satisfy their family's sweet tooth.
